WiredUpAndFiredUp are a progressive software and consulting company formed in 2004.
Originally based in London our current home is in northern France.
We offer bespoke application development for the Web, OS X and iPhones.
Why are we different?
Unlike larger consultancies we believe in offering a comprehensive and tailored service for a fair price.
Technologically speaking, we’ve got you covered. With over 13 years of experience on the web we’ve seen and used a lot of stuff, but our core competencies lie in Objective-C/Cocoa programming and Java. We’re big fans of the internets and are quite happy to stand on the shoulders of giants, to this end we use web platforms like Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) and Google App Engine.
What else do we do?
We can also provide hosting and support for web sites or applications, performance optimisation, web application security testing, source control solutions and testing. We have a ready to go RESTful web application container that we can repurpose quickly and easily to almost any bespoke requirements, what’s more it runs just as well on EC2 or Google App Engine as it does on any standard webserver.
We offer our experience as developers, trainers and mentors. We can quote for fixed-price consultancy work or on-site services working directly with your company at an hourly or daily rate. If the project requires, we have access to a pool of resources specialising in a variety of different core competencies that we can call upon to assist us in meeting your deadlines.
